A leading company in Abu-Dhabi is looking for an experienced Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in a professional environment, and excellent organizational and communication skills. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and objectives for the organization
- Train, motivate and oversee staff
- Monitor performance of all personnel
- Create reports and analyze data regularly
- Plan for future development in line with organizational goals
- Ensure that all activities adhere to legal standards and in-house policies
- Develop financial plans and budgets for projects
- Liaise with external partners, contractors, vendors etc. as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related discipline preferred but not required
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
