Bank Teller Job Opening in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced banking professional to join our team as a Bank Teller in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing multiple transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and take part in the development of our services.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and ascertain their needs; provide information on products and services available at the bank
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, balance inquiries, cash advances, check cashing, etc.
• Assist customers with opening accounts and applying for loans
• Issue money orders and cashier checks
• Reconcile daily transaction activity
• Balance currency, coin and checks in cash drawer at end of shift
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues


Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proven experience working in a banking environment
• Experienced with cash handling procedures and financial regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with customers quickly
• Outstanding customer service skills; excellent telephone etiquette
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1100 AED/Month (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
