Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a strong customer base. This role will require a strong understanding of the local market and an ability to develop relationships with potential customers and partners. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to close deals quickly and efficiently. The salary for this position is 900 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales within the assigned region in Abu-Dhabi. This includes developing relationships with existing customers as well as identifying and engaging potential new customers. The Sales Manager will be expected to create sales plans, implement strategies, manage budgets, track performance, analyze data, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to provide support for other teams within the organization in order to ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who has at least three years of experience in a sales management role or related field. The candidate should have a proven record of success in driving sales growth and meeting targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of the local market is essential; experience working with international clients is desired but not necessary. Strong communication skills are essential as well as excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
