Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED

We are looking for a highly experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of hotel cleanliness and hygiene are met and maintained.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the standard of cleanliness.
• Train and motivate housekeeping staff on new cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Create work schedules according to occupancy levels.
• Develop strategies to improve quality of services.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, guest amenities etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hospitality setting is required (3+ years).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their safe usage and storage protocols is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
