Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that all rooms are maintained in clean and well-stocked condition.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, training new employees, assigning duties and tasks, inspecting rooms to ensure they meet quality standards, monitoring inventory levels of supplies and equipment, managing budgeting requirements for the housekeeping department, and keeping accurate records. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in housekeeping or hospitality management or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role is required.
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
• Ability to carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to housekeeping activities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently as needed.
