Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The main responsibility of the Construction Manager is to oversee construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget, while meeting the expectations of the client. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to completion. You will coordinate all personnel involved in the project, including subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure that all project goals are achieved. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling inspections, monitoring progress, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project.

Needs for Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field such as engineering or architecture. They should also have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as basic computer proficiency and a good understanding of construction regulations and standards. Prior experience with project management software is desired but not essential.
