We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to make sure that the day-to-day operations of our organization run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of administrative experience and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Administrator’s duties will include but not limited to: managing office supplies, preparing documents, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, taking minutes of meetings, coordinating travel arrangements as well as other administrative tasks as required. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels in a professional manner.

We are open to consider candidates from abroad, and offer a salary of 1400 AED per month for this role. If you have the necessary skills and think you’d be a good fit for our team, then don’t hesitate to apply!
