We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, supervising staff, and ensuring that all goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Knowledge of financial management and budgeting is essential. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and have excellent organizational skills.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, be highly organized, have a positive attitude and be able to motivate their team members to perform at their highest level. The Supervisor will also be expected to help develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and productivity.
