Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, and be able to handle all accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will be required to take responsibility for the timely completion of the financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, auditing, and other accounting related activities.

Responsibilities:
• Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability or other financial activities within an organization.
• Develop periodic reports for management review.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of data entered into the system.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable functions accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for accuracy prior to processing payments.
• Provide support for internal or external audit processes as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to finance/accounting areas as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience is required.
• Must have excellent analytical skills in order to identify discrepancies in data sets and make appropriate recommendations for resolution or improvement upon analysis of results.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as it involves dealing with both internal stakeholders as well external clients on a regular basis.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary offered is 900 per month (negotiable). Additionally we offer health benefits as per Kuwaiti labour law regulations as well as other benefits like leave encashment etc., depending on the performance of the candidate during probation period (if applicable).
