Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans that are tailored towards the needs of each student, delivering engaging lessons using various educational techniques, evaluating student progress on a regular basis, communicating with parents/guardians about student progress, developing positive relationships with students, maintaining records of student performance, managing classroom behavior according to school policies and procedures, attending regular meetings/trainings as necessary and participating in extracurricular activities such as clubs or sports teams when available.
