Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
• Sort incoming mail/faxes/deliveries into appropriate departments/personnel
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff
• Prepare documents such as reports, memos, letters for senior staff
• Maintain diaries for meetings, appointments etc.
• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency within the office
• Ensure data is entered correctly into the system
Qualifications Required:
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimal supervision • Proactive attitude towards problem solving
