Position: Project Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR per month

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading projects from initiation to completion. You will be expected to coordinate and manage resources, timelines and budgeting across multiple projects.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. You should also have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically when making decisions. Additionally, experience in project planning and management tools is desired. We are willing to consider a foreign candidate with no prior experience in this field.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass all aspects of the project including timeline, budgeting, risk management and resource allocation
• Lead the implementation of projects while achieving objectives on time and within budget
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects against plan; identify issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage teams across multiple disciplines including engineering, marketing, finance etc.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders from both internal departments as well as external clients
• Provide reports on the progress of projects to senior management on a regular basis
• Ensure that all processes meet company standards as well as industry regulations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English is essential
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
• Ability to multi-task effectively while staying organized
