Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team in the bustling city of Doha? We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that their objectives and goals are met. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and ensure that quality control standards are met. You will also be in charge of coordinating the workflow, resolving any issues that may arise, training new staff members, and providing feedback on job performance.

We are looking for a candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others. You should have the capability to make decisions quickly and effectively, exercise sound judgment when necessary, and demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred as well.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still meeting deadlines and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of the team. This position offers a salary of 1400 per month depending on experience level.
