Land Surveyor - Riyadh (Salary: 1200)
We are looking for a professional and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing surveys to determine property boundaries, collect data, and analyze survey evidence.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proven knowledge of survey regulations
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Trimble software, GIS systems, and other surveying equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• A valid driver's license is mandatory (for foreigners willing to apply).

Overview of the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys in accordance with established regulations and standards. This includes mapping out boundary lines of land parcels and buildings with the use of modern equipment such as GPS devices and computers loaded with survey software. The successful candidate will also need to compute precise measurements between points on the land or structure; inspect designated areas; analyze gathered data; prepare sketches; assess project feasibility; review plans before submission; create reports; maintain records of survey results; and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers when necessary.
