Restaurant Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate should possess strong culinary skills, high levels of creativity and excellent customer service ability. We offer a salary of 1400 and are willing to consider immigrant candidates.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a chef/cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Good knowledge and experience with international cuisine
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Candidate must possess valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare dishes according to restaurant recipes
• Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
• Follow established health & safety procedures
• Train kitchen personnel on proper cooking methods, food preparation techniques, proper use of kitchen equipment etc. • Supervise kitchen personnel’s daily activities • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to restaurant recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations
