Land surveyor job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Geomatics, Surveying or related field, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience. The successful candidate will manage survey projects within the region and be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land and properties.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for planning and conducting surveys of land and properties; interpreting aerial photographs; analyzing data using computer software; producing maps, reports, plats and legal descriptions; conducting legal studies to determine boundaries; determining the position, elevation or location of points on or near the earth's surface using measurements taken from various sources such as satellites, aerial photographs, ground-level measurements etc.; and performing other related duties as required.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail. They must also have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Arabic (preferred). The ability to effectively work with teams is a must.

This position offers an attractive salary of 1600 per month, with room for negotiation depending on experience. We are open to considering candidates from abroad for this role.
