Land Surveyor Position – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful applicant will work with our surveyors to accurately measure and map land boundaries and other features. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000 SAR. We are open to considering all qualified applicants including immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze data using surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, and GPS receivers
• Prepare sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys for review by licensed surveyors
• Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
• Record the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation of land or land features
• Utilize survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare drawings and legal descriptions
• Participate in boundary research to determine property lines
• Establish control networks for construction projects


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional License or Certification as a Land Surveyor preferred but not required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
• Ability to read topographical maps and aerial photographs
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian surveying regulations preferred but not required
