Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. This includes overseeing the staff, providing customer service, scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory, and monitoring cash flow. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills and be able to handle challenging situations in a professional manner.

Qualifications/Needs:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or restaurant management
• Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work long hours including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of creativity to attract customers
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
