Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service. They will provide effective leadership to ensure a high quality of service and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing a busy restaurant as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining adequate stock of food, beverages, and other supplies
• Ensure that all meals are prepared according to recipes and standards
• Manage customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Handle front-of-house staff recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation and discipline when necessary
• Monitor budgeting and financial reporting for the restaurant
• Develop marketing initiatives to promote restaurant services.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience managing a restaurant or related environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Salary: 1500 AED/month (negotiable)
