Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks. The successful applicant will help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and provide support to the staff and customers.
Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
