Administrative assistant vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including but not limited to filing, scheduling meetings, taking notes, maintaining databases, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently as well as with others and have a positive attitude. The ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong data entry skills are a must.
