Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase company profits and market share. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The salary for this position is 1000 KD per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales management;
• Proven record of achieving sales targets;
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills;
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial.
