WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for our warehouse facility located in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This includes ensuring that goods are stored safely, efficiently, and correctly; overseeing the receiving, shipping, and delivery of goods; and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Understanding of inventory management systems and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent English language skills (foreigners welcome)

Responsibilities: • Oversee all warehouse operations including storage, receiving/shipping/delivery of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, tracking shipments and deliveries, etc. • Develop strategies to improve productivity levels and reduce errors • Monitor team performance to ensure targets are met • Supervise administrative staff (warehouse workers) • Implement safety policies to ensure safe working conditions • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Create reports on warehouse performance metrics for upper management review

Salary: 1000 KD/month
