HR Manager Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within our organization. This position offers a generous salary of 1000 and we are open to considering an immigrant.

Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the company's human resources policies, procedures, and programs. They will plan and coordinate the recruitment process, create job descriptions, manage employee relations and performance issues, develop training programs, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conduct investigations into issues brought forth by employees or employers, develop and implement benefits programs as well as oversee payroll processes.

Demands for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources
• Experience with recruitment processes
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
