Job Description:

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization of merchandise in our store. This role requires an organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in retail merchandising or related field
• Solid understanding of product trends and consumer behavior
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales data to determine best-selling products and suggest new product lines accordingly
• Develop strategies for increasing sales of merchandise by implementing effective marketing campaigns
• Monitor stock levels of existing products and ensure that shelves are replenished as needed; order new products when necessary
• Organize promotional events designed to increase sales; oversee the development of promotional materials like signs, flyers, coupons, etc.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality merchandise at competitive prices
• Assist customers with product inquiries; provide helpful advice on selection and care of products being purchased

Salary: 1100 per month
