Job Summary: The Machine Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation of various machines in order to produce goods according to company standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate machines according to safety guidelines; check that all components are secure before operating the machine
• Monitor the machine during production process; adjust settings accordingly if needed
• Clean machine parts and perform regular maintenance checks; alert management when repairs or replacements are necessary
• Perform quality checks on products produced by the machine; package finished products as needed; place items on pallets for shipping purposes
• Follow all instructions given by supervisors regarding daily tasks; follow standard operating procedures when operating machinery
• Keep accurate records of production output and report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately
Qualifications & Skills:
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or in a related role
• Familiarity with basic safety procedures in an industrial setting; must have strong knowledge of machines used in production processes
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals; must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail is essential; must be able to interpret data accurately and make adjustments as needed
