Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker


Job Description
A Sharjah-based office is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team. This position offers a salary of AED 1300 and we are open to considering foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, answer phones and provide information regarding the company’s services
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain office filing systems and organize digital documents
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for meetings
• Coordinate tasks with other departments as needed
• Light clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
