Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Sharjah
Salary: 1100 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery and producing parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the principles of machining, programming and operating CNC machines.

The CNC operator will be expected to read and interpret blueprints, understand the instructions given by the supervisor, set up machines with the correct tools and materials, input instructions into the computers, adjust operations accordingly, maintain quality control standards, inspect finished products for accuracy and troubleshoot mechanical problems. Additionally, they may be required to perform maintenance on machinery.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification plus a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. They should also have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess good problem-solving skills. Understanding of safety procedures is essential as well as knowledge of computers and computer programming languages (e.g., G-code).
