As Executive Chef you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen staff, menu planning, inventory control and cost management. You will create innovative dishes that exceed customer expectations, while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. You will be expected to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all areas of food preparation. Additionally, you will collaborate with other restaurant professionals to create appealing menus that reflect seasonal offerings as well as ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting and must possess exceptional culinary skills along with proven leadership abilities to manage a kitchen staff effectively. The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations. A bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
