Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced and capable Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time role offering a salary of 1600 per month.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role. You must be highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the company’s team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing emails, telephone calls, letters, and other correspondence
• Organizing meetings and taking minutes
• Updating databases with contact information
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Sorting incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries
• Maintaining filing systems
• Ensuring office supplies are well stocked
• Other administrative duties as required.
