Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the office, while ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. We are willing to consider immigrant applicants for this position.
The salary for this role is 1200 AED per month.
The Office Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
• Handling data entry tasks as required
• Assisting with other general office tasks as needed
• Ensuring office supplies remain stocked at all times
• Providing general administrative support to the team
