Position: Executive Chef

Location: Reef Al Fujairah City

Salary: 1300 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing innovative and creative cuisine experiences for our customers. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, recipe creation, food preparation, and presentation. You will also work with the team to ensure high standards of food quality and safety are maintained.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Proven experience in menu development and recipe creation
• Knowledge of modern culinary trends and techniques
• Ability to manage a team of cooks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
