Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills, a passion for creating great dishes, and the ability to lead a kitchen staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100AED. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Creating high quality dishes that are consistent in taste and presentation
• Planning menus and developing recipes
• Ensuring that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations
• Recruiting, training, and managing kitchen staff
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, etc.
• Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality control standards are met
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, the ability to work well under pressure, and have excellent organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and eager to learn new techniques. Previous experience working in 5 star hotel/restaurants is preferred but not required.
