Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our organization and ensure that employees follow the established policies and procedures. The Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and supervising personnel in accordance with company guidelines.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, an ability to work well under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills. They must also demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization
• Manage and motivate personnel
• Ensure that staff adhere to policies and procedures
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed
• Review daily reports from staff members
• Assist with resolving customer service issues in a timely manner
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency within the organization
• Handle employee grievances or conflicts as needed.

Salary: 1200 KWD/month (we are ready to consider an immigrant).
