Job Description:
Barista - Abu Dhabi (900 AED/month + Benefits)

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience as a Barista and have an excellent knowledge of coffee making techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare all types of coffee beverages, such as cappuccino, latte, espresso and other specialty coffees.
• Greet customers and take their orders accurately.
• Operate various coffee making machines to prepare hot beverages for customers.
• Manage the inventory of supplies and ensure that the café is well stocked at all times.
• Ensure that the café is clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain records of customer orders and sales transactions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are met at all times.
• Adhere to established safety protocols while handling hot liquids and using kitchen tools and equipment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum one year experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee making techniques and recipes.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
