Job Description:
The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, taking orders, serving food, answering questions about menu items, making recommendations when appropriate, handling payments, stocking supplies, cleaning tables and other areas of the restaurant. The Waiter will also ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly by working closely with other staff members such as cooks and dishwashers.
