Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and execute projects according to defined timelines and budget constraints. • Manage project scope, risks, budget, resources, timeline and deliverable expectations. • Monitor progress against project plan by tracking activities in order to meet deadlines.
• Ensure successful completion of projects by maintaining quality assurance processes. • Develop project plans that include milestones, activities and resources required to achieve objectives. • Liaise with internal stakeholders in the planning process. • Identify potential risks/issues/challenges at the beginning of the project. • Develop strategies to address any potential risks/issues/challenges identified during the course of the project.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field is required. • At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager is required. • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail is essential. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines. • Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
