Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our office in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Human Resources Department and will be responsible for providing support in the day to day operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Managing office supplies inventory
• Processing mail
• Assisting with data entry tasks
• Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in an administrative role (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
