Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. They should also be committed to providing outstanding customer service and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the business, including staff scheduling, customer service, stock control, quality assurance, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify areas of improvement in business processes and suggest solutions accordingly.
• Prepare reports on operational activities as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience as a supervisor/manager or other relevant role (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
