We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of our Human Resources functions. The primary duties include developing and administering personnel policies, providing advice on employee relations issues, overseeing recruitment processes, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of human resources policies and procedures. They need to be able to provide solutions to complex personnel issues and make decisions while adhering to legal requirements. To be successful in this role, they must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically about long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role within the UAE or abroad.

We offer competitive salary of 1700 AED per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance, leave entitlements, etc., for the right candidate.
