HR Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are a dynamic company looking for a highly motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of human resources management. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll, and other HR activities.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Proven working experience as an HR manager or related role at least 3 years
• People oriented with excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic
• Thorough knowledge of labor law & HR best practices
