We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that customer service is at its highest level while also managing staff and making sure the restaurant runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, as well as experience in hospitality management. The role requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work collaboratively with colleagues and customers alike. The individual should also be organized and have strong problem solving abilities.

The Restaurant Manager's duties include but are not limited to: overseeing restaurant operations; ensuring all staff are trained and motivated; creating attractive menu items; developing promotional materials to increase sales; ensuring customer satisfaction; creating policies and procedures that ensure efficiency and quality of service; monitoring inventory levels; managing budgets; directing food preparation; scheduling staff shifts; hiring new employees when needed.
