We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of 1100. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Job Description:
The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of our organization and its assets. This includes managing all security personnel, developing security policies, procedures, and protocols, monitoring access control systems, responding to emergency situations, investigating incidents, and liaising with government bodies as needed. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay up to date on the latest security trends.

Demands for the Candidate:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Security Manager or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement or related field preferred
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Advanced problem solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
