Security Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing security operations.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in security management in the UAE
• Knowledge of security technologies and processes
• Good understanding of the local laws and regulations related to security
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Description:
The Security Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of security operations in the organization. This includes monitoring access control systems, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, responding to incidents, and providing training on safety measures. The Security Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety plans that meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors and assets
• Supervising staff members including guards, CCTV operators etc.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Overseeing access control systems such as CCTV cameras, biometrics etc.
• Investigating incidents and preparing reports
• Responding quickly to emergencies or security threats

Salary: 1200 AED per month
