Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1600 AED/Month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight, planning, and implementation of security operations and strategies to ensure the safety and security of our personnel, property, and assets. They will also be responsible for the investigation and resolution of security incidents.

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field such as law enforcement or criminal justice is preferred but not required.
• No experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Proven ability to lead - [9819] a team with excellent communication skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
• Understanding of basic security principles including access control, surveillance systems, alarm systems, etc.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
• Lead security teams in developing comprehensive security policies and procedures that maximize safety while minimizing operational costs.
• Monitor performance of security staff through regular inspections, appraisals, and training sessions to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations.
• Investigate potential threats or incidents at any time of day or night by coordinating with local law enforcement agencies; compile detailed reports on all such incidents for review by senior management team members.
• Ensure appropriate security measures are taken within the organization to protect personnel, property, assets, information systems from unauthorized access or damage.
• Supervise assigned guards during their shifts; respond promptly to emergency situations occurring on premises; investigate disturbances or complaints on site; provide assistance when needed; take corrective action when necessary; complete incident reports as required by corporate policy.
