Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing the staff of our organization.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience and a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet organizational objectives, as well as managing operations in accordance with established regulations and policies. Duties include but are not limited to: motivating employees; negotiating contracts; resolving conflicts; providing customer service; organizing financial resources; monitoring budgets; handling customer complaints; developing marketing plans; ensuring compliance with laws and regulations; creating business reports, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems. Knowledge of budgeting, business planning, customer service principles, employee management techniques, and computer programs such as Microsoft Excel is essential.
