Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates into suitable roles. The Recruiter will be expected to identify potential qualified candidates through multiple sources including job boards, social media outlets, databases and other sources as needed. They will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and external partners as well as providing feedback on recruiting strategies to improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment/HR roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
