Florist vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We will consider a foreigner for this position.

The Florist should have a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as an eye for detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:
• Designing and creating original floral arrangements using fresh flowers
• Demonstrating knowledge of botany, flower care, composition, design principles, color theory, and flower availability
• Interacting with customers to assess their needs
• Advising customers on appropriate floral selection
• Preparing orders for delivery
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
• Participating in ordering stock and maintaining inventory levels

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the floristry industry
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or certificate program preferred
• Ability to interact with people in a professional manner; excellent customer service skills required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills required
