Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Florist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience working with flowers and plants, and possess excellent customer service skills. The Florist will be responsible for creating beautiful, unique flower arrangements, as well as helping customers choose the right bouquet for any occasion. The successful candidate must also be comfortable with using software such as Floral Design Studio. This position offers a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities

• Design and create beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, funerals, etc.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences when selecting flowers and plants.
• Create attractive displays in the shop window to attract customers.
• Ensure all flowers and plants are kept fresh and properly cared for in accordance with company guidelines.
• Manage inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other supplies needed to create arrangements.
• Assist in maintaining the shop floor by dusting shelves, cleaning up spills etc.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role as well as creative flair when designing flower arrangements . • Knowledge of floral design software programs such as Floral Design Studio is preferred; willingness to learn is acceptable .

• Ability to work on weekends/holidays depending on demand .

• Knowledge of basic health & safety regulations .

• Ability to stand/walk on feet for long periods of time .
