Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales of our products and services. As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing sales strategies and managing the sales team to ensure consistent growth in revenue.

Job Responsibilities
• Developing effective sales plans and strategies to increase market share
• Recruiting, training, and leading a team of sales professionals
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building relationships with potential ones
• Analyzing customer data to assess market trends and identify new opportunities
• Developing promotional materials
• Generating reports on sales performance
• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Previous experience in managing a team of sales professionals is highly desirable
Salary: 900 per month
